- Listen to the IVR instructions carefully.
- Press '1' to claim 1GB free data for today.
1GB credited instantly (valid till midnight).
Note: Available twice a month for Hero Unlimited users only.
Method 2: Emergency Data Loan (USSD)
- Dial *199*3# or *111*1*3# from your Vi number.
- Select 'Data Loan' option from the menu.
- Choose amount (e.g., 1GB or smaller pack).
- Confirm your selection.
Data pack activated immediately.
Note: Amount will be deducted from main balance on next recharge.
Repayment
- Auto-deduct: Loan amount recovered automatically from your next top-up recharge.
